Applying

For a massage of relaxation and well-being, favor a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Take a small amount of ABHYANGA balm, rub your palms of hands between them to heat and prepare the balm for massage. Always massage in circular movements. Start with the feet, then the legs to reach the solar plexus, go up to the neck, then massage the shoulders. Finish with the face describing an eight.

Not for kids under 7 years old. Not to be used by pregnant or nursing women. Do not apply to an open wound.

Ocimum sanctum oil : (Basilic Tulsi) is known and used in India since more than 5000 years. A symbol of protection and strength, it is recognized as a sacred plant and honoured in Ayurvedic medicine. The essential oil produced from the water vapor distillation of flowers and plant is a powerful antioxidant, excellent anti-aging active. Its purifying and sebum-regulating effect is suitable for problem skin.

Tea tree oil is known to be very effective in treating and purifying the skin. It is traditionally used for its purifying properties, reducing and preventing blemishes.

Lavender essential oil is known for its soothing, purifying and calming properties. This essential oil is also very popular to reduce stress.
