This zen and organic box is composed of an Ayurvedic soap and a massage balm. Their 18 active plants are conducive to a moment of relaxation and well-being. The soap gently cleanses with a light exfoliating effect thanks to the jasmine flower petals. The massage balm relaxes the body and provides the energy necessary for physical and mental balance.

This is the ideal box to help you relax.

1) This energizing soap is used daily for washing the face and body in the shower or bath. Run the soap under water then rub it gently between your hands to obtain a creamy foam. Rinse thoroughly, then moisturize your skin after the shower.

2) Take a small amount of massage balm, rub your palms to warm and prepare the balm for the massage. Massage with circular movements.

Start with the feet, then the legs to reach the solar plexus, go up to the neck, then massage the shoulders. Finish with the face in a figure eight.

3) Let yourself relax and have a good night's restful sleep.

Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 7 years old due to the presence of essential oils. Avoid contact with the eyes.
