Le Secret Naturel SAS offers the sale of its products on the website www.lesecretnaturel.com to consumers with the legal capacity necessary to place an order. LE SECRET NATUREL SAS may be required to verify the legal capacity of each customer.

Prices

The sale price indicated in euros on each product sheet is the one in effect at the time the order is placed. These prices do not include shipping costs, invoiced in addition according to the terms defined below and as indicated to the customer before the order is validated. Prices include the value added tax applicable on the day of the order.

The offers presented by LE SECRET NATUREL SAS are valid as long as they are announced on the site and within the limit of available stocks. Information on the availability of products is provided at the time of placing the order, if applicable.

To order

By validating your order, you agree to pay for it. You can pay for your order by credit card: Visa and Mastercard or by Paypal.

Once the products have been added to their basket, the customer has the possibility to check the details of their draft order and correct any errors. From the moment the customer confirms their order, they are considered to have knowingly accepted the content and conditions of the order and in particular these Conditions of Sale, the prices, characteristics, quantities and delivery times.

The sale is effective when the customer confirms their order. However, the customer can always exercise their right of withdrawal (the terms of which are described below).

The order will be confirmed by LE SECRET NATUREL SAS by sending an e-mail to the address provided by the customer. A second e-mail will be sent to the customer when the order is shipped. LE SECRET NATUREL SAS recommends that the customer keep these two e-mails.

The customer is informed that e-mails will be sent to the e-mail address provided when logging in to the site, before placing an order. Also, in the event of an error in entering the e-mail address, or non-receipt of confirmation or order shipment e-mails, LE SECRET NATUREL SAS cannot be held liable.

Any order placed on www.lesecretnaturel.com is subject to an order confirmation by our company. The execution deadlines appearing on our order confirmation only bind our company in the absence of the occurrence of a case of force majeure or an unforeseeable event.

Delivery

Delivery location:

LE SECRET NATUREL SAS offers its customers the possibility of collecting their order free of charge on site. At the company's headquarters located at: 665 rue Théodore Aubanel in BOLLENE (84500).

Packages can be collected from Monday to Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., upon presentation of an identity document.

LE SECRET NATUREL SAS delivers product packages to your home or to a relay point, depending on the option chosen in: - Metropolitan France (including Corsica, Monaco and Andorra), - Italy - Germany, - Belgium - Spain.

The products will be sent to the delivery address that the customer has indicated during the order process. The contribution to the delivery costs is inclusive of all taxes (TTC).

Delivery is free for a shipment in metropolitan France from 39€ of purchases.

Delivery times: The maximum delivery time is 30 working days from the confirmation of the order. For information purposes, and without LE SECRET NATUREL SAS being bound by this deadline, from receipt of the shipping confirmation email, the average delivery time is estimated at:

These deadlines are from the moment you received the email for shipping your order. For shipments to Corsica, allow 1 additional day compared to the deadlines announced in the table above.

If you notice a delay after your order has been shipped, contact the carrier directly. Once your order has been shipped, delivery delays are the responsibility of the carrier. Any delay in relation to the indicative delivery times initially planned cannot justify a cancellation of the order placed by the customer and recorded by our company.

The products sold are transported at the risk of the recipients who must, where applicable, make any reservations and complaints to the carrier. It is up to our customers to proceed, upon receipt, to check the goods delivered and the perfect condition of the packaging and packaging.

Without prejudice to the measures to be taken by the customer with respect to the carrier in the event of apparent defects or shortages, any complaint, whatever its nature, relating to the products delivered, must be made as soon as possible (3 days maximum following receipt of the package). The complaint must be confirmed by e-mail to the following address: serviceclient@lesecretnaturel.com. A photo of the package and/or products received may be requested. No return of goods may be made by the customer without the express prior written consent of our company. The return costs will only be borne by our company under the previous condition.

Delivery costs

The delivery costs are indicated to you according to the products ordered and the delivery method chosen. Their total amount is communicated to you at the end of the order process before your confirmation. Delivery costs are free from 39€ of order.

Product delivery terms

STANDARD DELIVERY VIA COLISSIMO: DELIVERY WITHOUT SIGNATURE

The recipient can track their package using the parcel tracking number they receive by email. The package is delivered directly to the mailbox at the delivery address indicated when placing the order.

In the event that the mailbox is unsuitable for the package, it will be delivered directly to the recipient of the order, or failing that and at the initiative of the carrier to any other person present at the address who agrees to take delivery (a neighbor, a caretaker or concierge). In this case, the contact details of the latter will be indicated on a notice left in the customer's mailbox.

When the package could not be delivered according to the terms provided above, a notice of pending delivery is left by the carrier in the recipient's mailbox indicating the contact details of the place where the recipient can collect the package within 14 calendar days. If the recipient does not collect their package within the time limit, it will be returned to our warehouse and the return costs will be billed to the customer. The products ordered will either be refunded or reshipped. In the event of a dispute relating to the delivery itself, the carrier's computer system will prevail unless proven otherwise by the customer.

MONDIAL RELAY - DELIVERY TO A RELAY POINT OR LOCKER

The package is delivered to a retailer according to the customer's choice from the list proposed at the time of closing the order. As soon as the package has arrived at the relay point, the customer receives an email from Mondial Relay. The package will be delivered by the relay point upon presentation of an identity document or a PIN code received by email or text message. The customer has 14 calendar days to collect it. After this 14-day period, the package will be returned to our warehouse and the return costs will be billed to the customer. The products ordered will either be refunded or reshipped.

Delay in delivery of an order

If you notice a delay after shipping your order, contact the carrier directly. Once your order has been shipped, delivery delays are attributable to the carrier. Any delay in relation to the indicative delivery times initially planned cannot justify a cancellation of the order placed by the customer and recorded by our company.

In the event of a delay in delivery (delivery exceeding 30 days), the customer may order LE SECRET NATUREL SAS to make the delivery within a reasonable additional period (1 week). If LE SECRET NATUREL SAS has not performed within this period, the customer may cancel his order, unless LE SECRET NATUREL SAS has performed in the meantime or if this delay in delivery results from a case of force majeure.

Events beyond the control of the parties, which they could not reasonably foresee, avoid or overcome, are considered to be cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, to the extent that their occurrence makes the performance of obligations totally impossible. The following are considered to be cases of force majeure or fortuitous events that relieve our company of its obligation to deliver within the initially planned deadlines or to deliver the planned quantities: climatic events, strikes, fire, flood, production stoppages due to unforeseen breakdowns, the impossibility of obtaining supplies of packaging, epidemics, thaw barriers, roadblocks, energy supply disruptions, or supply disruptions for a cause not attributable to our company, as well as any other cause of supply disruption attributable to our suppliers.

In such circumstances, our company will notify the customer by e-mail, within 72 hours following the date of occurrence of these events. The order binding our company and the customer will then be suspended automatically without compensation, from the date of occurrence of the event. If the event were to last, the order would be cancelled automatically, without either party being able to claim damages.

When the order is cancelled, LE SECRET NATUREL SAS will reimburse the customer for the full amount paid, at the latest within fourteen days following the date on which the contract was terminated. In the event of delay, the amount paid by the customer will be automatically increased by 10% if the reimbursement occurs no later than thirty days beyond this term, by 20% up to sixty days and by 50% thereafter.

Returns and exchanges

Return terms

Any order validated and sent to the carrier cannot be cancelled. After receipt by the customer, the package may be returned to the warehouse if he wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal (according to the terms described below). In this case, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the package by our warehouse and after checking the products as new, the order is cancelled and the customer will be reimbursed for his products within 21 working days.

Return under the right of withdrawal: The consumer has a period of fourteen days to exercise his right of withdrawal from a contract concluded remotely. He must notify us (by telephone or e-mail: serviceclient@lesecretnaturel.com).

The consumer must return his order to us at the latest, within fourteen days following the communication of his decision to withdraw in accordance with Article L.221-21. The customer must return the entire order by post to the following address:

The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

PLEASE NOTE The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code)

The right of withdrawal only applies to unused products, in good condition, that have not been opened and do not present any hygiene risks.

All products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. LE SECRET NATUREL SAS will have a period of ten calendar days upon receipt of the return of the order to check the condition of the products.

LE SECRET NATUREL SAS reminds its customers that cosmetic products must be stored away from humidity, high temperatures or intense light and may be subject to an expiration date.

In the event of withdrawal by the customer, LE SECRET NATUREL SAS will reimburse the customer in the form of a refund or a Credit Note, depending on the customer's choice. This reimbursement will be made as soon as possible and no later than 30 days. This period begins on the day LE SECRET NATUREL receives notification from the customer of their wish to withdraw. LE SECRET NATUREL SAS will reimburse using the same means of payment as the customer used for the initial transaction.

For cosmetic products that have been unsealed, given that, for reasons of hygiene and health protection, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these products, LE SECRET NATUREL SAS will not reimburse returned products under any circumstances.

Product availability

We do our best to ensure product availability. Product offers are valid as long as they are announced on the site and within the limits of available stocks.

If an ordered product is not available at the time the order is prepared, LE SECRET NATUREL SAS will notify the customer by email.

The customer may then:

– Replace the out-of-stock product with a product of the same amount (except in the case of a free product),

– Receive the remainder of the order without the out-of-stock product, the amount will then be deducted from the order total and will not be billed to the customer,

– Cancel the entire order.

Legal product warranty

LE SECRET NATUREL SAS complies with all of its legal warranty obligations, such as the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L211-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

In the event of a complaint for:

– lack of conformity: goods unfit for the use usually expected of similar goods, which do not correspond to the description given by the seller or which do not have the qualities announced by the seller or agreed with you.

In compliance with the conditions set by law, you must send your complaint to SECRET NATUREL SAS by telephone 04 32 80 21 50 or by e-mail: serviceclient@lesecretnaturel.com. Photos demonstrating the non-conformity of the product concerned may be requested.

If the warranty does indeed apply, LE SECRET NATUREL SAS will send written confirmation to the customer, indicating, where applicable, how to return the non-compliant product without having to pay the shipping costs.

In the event of a proven lack of conformity, LE SECRET NATUREL SAS will replace the product with the same product or reimburse the customer. The replacement is made within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the customer's complaint. The refund is made upon receipt of the goods or proof of their return by the consumer and no later than fourteen days thereafter. The seller will reimburse the customer using the same means of payment as that used by the consumer.

LE SECRET NATUREL SAS will reimburse the product by transfer or via a Credit according to the customer's choice and will cover the cost of returning the defective product. To this end, the customer must send us proof of sending showing the cost by e-mail or by post.

LE SECRET NATUREL SAS reminds its customers that cosmetic products must be stored away from humidity, too high a temperature or too intense light and may be subject to an expiry date. Cosmetic products which have not been stored under the aforementioned conditions will therefore be excluded from the guarantee.

Mediation of consumer disputes

Any disputes or litigation that may arise following or in connection with the contract concluded between LE SECRET NATUREL SAS and the customer may be resolved by mediation/conciliation.

In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, they will endeavour to find an amicable solution.

In the absence of an amicable agreement, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator responsible for the professional, namely AME CONSO, within one year of the written complaint sent to the professional.

The consumer mediator must be referred to:

• or by mail addressed to AME CONSO, 197 Boulevard Saint-Germain, 75007 Paris.
