Shipping and Returns
Shipping your package
Packages are usually shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs.
Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them.
Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items. The boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected.

LE SECRET NATUREL SAS delivers your parcels to your home or to a relay point, depending on the option chosen in: – Metropolitan France (including Corsica, Monaco and Andorra), – Italy – Germany, – Belgium – Spain.
Delivery is free for shipments to mainland France from 39€ of purchases.

Returns and exchanges
Any order validated and transmitted to the carrier cannot be cancelled. After receipt by the customer, the package may be returned to the warehouse if he wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal (according to the terms described below). In this case, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the package by our warehouse and after checking the products as new, the order is cancelled and the customer will be reimbursed for his products within 21 working days.
Return under the right of withdrawal
You have a period of fourteen days to exercise your right of withdrawal from a contract concluded remotely. You must notify us by telephone or e-mail: serviceclient@lesecretnaturel.com. The return costs are your responsibility.
Very important!
We remind you that cosmetic products must be stored away from humidity, high temperatures or intense light and may be subject to an expiry date. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code)
CLICK & COLLECT
We offer you the possibility to collect your order free of charge at the company's headquarters located at: 665 rue Théodore Aubanel in BOLLENE (84500). Packages can be collected from Monday to Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., upon presentation of an identity document.
